Annual club dinner at Schenectady County Community College. Cost $25pp. Schenectady County Historical Society gave a presentation ‘Stockade Secrets and Scandals’.

Stockade Secrets and Scandals Schenectady’s Stockade is a national jewel, boasting the highest concentration of historic period homes in the nation. For over 300 years Schenectadians have called the Stockade home, and the streets are alive today with the stories and legends of Schenectady’s past. Discover the history of America’s oldest residential neighborhood!

Menu:
Starter salad will be BABY ROMAINE:  julienne cucumbers, red onion, and tear drop tomatoes topped with buttermilk  vinaigrette.
The Entree choices are:   Please choose one.
BOURBON CHICKEN:  Grilled chicken breast finished with bourbon sauce and accompanied with sweet potatoes, corn bread and cheese grits.
TOP SIRLOIN OF BEEF:  Slow roasted and finished with Pinot Noir Sauce, Herbed new potatoes and spring   vegetables.
VEGETARIAN: Spring Pea and Asparagus Risotto – creamy risotto with fresh vegetables and parmesan cheese and served with in-house baked italian garlic bread.
DESSERT:  Spring Celebration Carrot Cake – fresh carrots and pineapple baked in a moist yellow cake and finished with  cream cheese frosting.
Remember that you may bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your meal.
