Project Description

Annual social/guest dinner at SCCC. Menu details  were emailed 3/8.

Menu choices:

Starter: Spinach salad with cranberries, red onion and toasted hazelnuts

Entree choices:

Breast of chicken with house-made sausage and NYS Apple Dressing                                         Garlic-Herb Roasted NY Sirloin with Horseradish Demiglace                                                       Vegertarian Shepherds Pie

Dessert: Maple Gingerbread Pudding with salted Caramel Sause

You may bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with the meal

Cost is $25 per person including tip and gratuity. Please pay Gregg, Peter or Val at the 4/9, 4/16 club meetings, or at the dinner.
